Schools, hospitals and centers — not just clinics

  • NewYour Clinics are now Locations. Each place you see patients at can be a clinic, a school, a hospital, a center, or a type you name yourself — with its own address, colour and opening hours, so a school you visit on Mondays schedules just like a clinic would. Find them under Profile → Locations.
  • ImprovedA patient's session location now reads "On site" instead of "Clinic" — pick the location underneath it, whatever kind of place it is. Home visits and online sessions are unchanged.
  • ImprovedThe assistant understands locations too: "add the school I visit on Mondays" creates it as a school, and assigning a patient to a location marks them as seen on site.
  • FixedThe assistant now finds your patients however you type their name — extra words, different capitalization, or a small typo no longer end in "patient not found". If more than one patient fits, it asks which one you mean.
  • FixedBooking sessions through the assistant works reliably again: it accepts times like "10:00 AM", takes the patient's name directly, and no longer reports a failure for an appointment it actually booked.
  • ImprovedWhen your free trial ends, your account now stays fully usable for a few more days and then switches to read-only until your subscription is set up — your records stay viewable and exportable the whole time, and everything unlocks again the moment it's sorted.

Safer WhatsApp delivery & fairer trials

  • ImprovedBefore a WhatsApp broadcast is sent, the preview now shows every patient's message on its own and lets you edit any of them — reword it for one family, fix a name, or clear a message to leave that patient out. Your edits are exactly what gets sent, for both immediate and scheduled broadcasts.

Subscription renewals

  • NewYour Plan & billing page now shows when your subscription renews, and the app reminds you a few days before the date. If a renewal is missed, the account safely switches to read-only after a short grace period — all of your data stays viewable and exportable the whole time — and everything unlocks again the moment the renewal is settled.

Screening is now optional

  • NewScreening can now be skipped when it isn't part of your workflow — skip it for one patient right from their Screening stage, or turn it off for all patients from your profile. Skipped patients move straight from anamnesis to assessment, and you can bring screening back at any time.
  • FixedDeleting a post from the Content Studio board no longer opens the post's edit window behind the delete confirmation.
  • ImprovedThe assistant's message box now grows as you type — press Shift+Enter to start a new line, Enter to send.
  • ImprovedPicking a disorder now shows everything on one screen — its details, reference links, and files & folders together, with no tabs to switch between.

  • NewCurious about SpeechPath before signing up? A chat bubble now sits in the corner of our website — open it for suggested questions and instant answers about features, pricing, privacy and languages, in English or Arabic.
  • NewForgot your password? A new link on the sign-in page lets you request a reset — the administrator sets a temporary password and contacts you, and you pick your own the next time you sign in. New accounts are also asked to choose their own password on first sign-in.

A ready-made picture library in three styles

  • FixedPatient counts across the app — the status summary on the Patients page, the disorder breakdown, and the dashboard totals — no longer include deleted patients, and they now update immediately when you delete a patient or change their status.
  • ImprovedChoosing a patient's disorders when adding or editing a patient is now one searchable list — type to find any disorder, browse Adults and Kids side by side, and tick several in one go instead of drilling through step-by-step menus.
  • NewFlashcards, worksheets and homework can now use a built-in library of over 900 therapy words with professional pictures in four styles — symbols, emoji, illustrations and real-life photos — alongside the AI cartoon. Library pictures appear instantly and don't use your AI allowance.
  • NewHomework is now built from the picture library first — browse or search it right inside the homework window, filter by style, difficulty and one or several fields at once, and tap pictures to add them. AI generation remains available for anything the library doesn't have.
  • NewHomework sheets can now be named by session number, and you choose what the printed header and footer include — the date, the patient's name, and your name as the preparer.
  • ImprovedHomework can now combine several suggested goals at once — tap suggestions to add or remove them from the assignment.
  • NewReports now come in three types: an Assessment report (anamnesis, screening and assessment results with referral recommendations), the familiar Progress report, and a Custom report — describe its purpose and choose the data it draws on, and the AI plans its sections and writes it accordingly.
  • ImprovedAny report section can now be removed — including the built-in ones — and added back later from the section list if you change your mind.
  • ImprovedReport sections can now be reordered — drag a section up or down the list and the report follows that order everywhere, including the exported PDF.
  • NewPick your preferred picture style when creating materials — any word the library doesn't have is still drawn by AI automatically, so nothing blocks your session prep.
  • ImprovedThe shared picture library can now be browsed by picture style, by field (animals, food, actions, emotions and more) and by difficulty level (easy / medium / hard), and searching works in English and Arabic alike.
  • ImprovedEach library picture appears once with its English and Arabic titles together on one card, instead of showing twice.
  • ImprovedThe picture library loads pictures gradually as you scroll, so browsing stays fast even with thousands of pictures.

  • NewWhen creating a folder or note in a disorder's files, you can now add it to all your other disorders at once — it's created in the same spot in each one.

A picture library every therapist shares

  • NewThere is now a shared picture library, built from every flashcard and icon made on SpeechPath. Browse it from the Materials window, search for a word, and add a picture to your own library in one click — it appears straight away and uses none of your AI allowance.
  • ImprovedMaking flashcards is much faster. When a picture for one of your words already exists, you get it instantly instead of waiting for it to be drawn again — and you are told how many of your words came from the library.
  • NewDon't like a picture? "Generate a different one" draws you a fresh version of the same word. Your copy changes, nobody else's does — and your new picture joins the library as an alternative others can choose.
  • ImprovedEvery picture you make is added to the shared library for the other therapists, just as theirs are added for you.

Organise your tasks the way you work

  • NewYou can now create your own task categories. Give one a name, an icon and a colour, and it takes its place beside the built-in ones — on the Tasks page, on the dashboard and everywhere you add a task. Rename or remove yours whenever you like; removing one moves its tasks to Therapy rather than losing them.
  • NewReports joins Therapy and Research as a built-in task category, so report writing has a place of its own instead of sitting among your therapy to-dos.
  • ImprovedThe assistant can file a task under any of your categories, including the ones you created yourself.
  • FixedPreparation tasks for sessions that have already taken place no longer pile up in your overdue list forever. You decide what happens to them in Automations — move them to Trash, mark them done, or leave them exactly as they were.
  • NewYour dashboard now shows session prep at a glance — how many of your next sessions are ready and which ones still need work, so you catch it before the session rather than after. You can switch the card off in Automations.

See everything the product does — and your free trial now includes all of it

  • NewYour free trial now includes everything, whichever plan you signed up on — an unlimited caseload, the clinical library, assessment tools, voice analysis, content, WhatsApp reminders, finance and the top tier's AI allowance. When the trial ends you simply go back to your own plan.
  • NewPlans have been rebuilt around the size of your caseload. Starter gives you the whole clinical workspace for up to 25 active patients, Pro raises that to 100 and adds voice analysis, and Unlimited takes the patient limit off entirely and opens the rest of the platform.
  • NewYour plan page now shows how many of your plan's active-patient places you're using, so you know where you stand before taking on someone new. Patients you've discharged don't take up a place.
  • ImprovedEvery figure on the dashboard now explains itself on hover: the weeks behind the sessions trend, your caseload split by stage, tasks done per category, and this month's payments against last month's with what's still owed.
  • ImprovedThe dashboard no longer carries two schedules. The weekly grid at the bottom is gone — the day view at the top already covers the same week, in more detail, and the full schedule is one click away.
  • ImprovedThe day strip under the dashboard's day view now opens that day in place, instead of sending you off to the schedule. Click any of the next seven days to read it exactly like today — the sessions in order, the free time between them and the travel warnings — then click back to today.
  • ImprovedParts of the product that aren't in your plan are no longer hidden. You can see what each one does, and ask to have it switched on — either by moving up a plan or by adding just that one feature, with the price shown before you ask.
  • ImprovedAsking for a feature doesn't charge anything. The request reaches us, we set it up for you and confirm — nothing happens to your billing on its own.
  • NewSettings is now a short list of areas rather than one long page. Your plan and your AI usage each have a page of their own, alongside appearance & language, privacy, trash and your profile.
  • NewA plan page you can actually read: what you're on, what each extra costs, any discount you've been given, where your free trial stands, and exactly which parts of the product that buys — with the rest one click from being requested.
  • NewAI usage now shows more than a percentage: which features your AI actions went to, and a day-by-day view of the month. You can step back through earlier months too.
  • ImprovedTask automations are no longer duplicated in Settings — they live on the Tasks page, next to the tasks they create.
  • NewSet how long your sessions usually run once, on your profile. Every new patient starts from it, and every appointment, repeating slot and session plan you book opens on that length instead of a fixed 45 minutes.
  • NewA patient whose sessions run longer or shorter can have their own length, set when you add them or any time after — clear it and they follow your usual length again.

Sessions every 2 weeks or once a month

  • NewThe dashboard now opens on your actual day. Today's sessions are laid out in order with the one in progress and the one coming up marked, a countdown to the next patient, the free time between sessions, and a warning when two back-to-back sessions are at different places with barely enough time to get there.
  • NewEverything waiting on you now sits in one place instead of being scattered around the page: overdue tasks, sessions you finished but haven't documented, patients due a follow-up, and unpaid sessions. When there's nothing left, it says so.
  • NewA new row of figures shows where the practice is heading rather than only today's load: sessions this week against an eight-week trend, your active caseload broken down by stage and how many patients joined this month, task completion, and what you've collected this month against last.
  • FixedThe "sessions this week" figure on the dashboard was counting from an old record that nothing writes to any more, so it often read zero. It now counts the same sessions your schedule shows.
  • NewA repeating session no longer has to be weekly. You can now set it to come back every 2 weeks, or once a month on the same weekday — so a patient you see fortnightly, or a monthly follow-up, finally fits the schedule as it really is.
  • ImprovedYou can change how often an existing repeating session comes back at any time, from the same place you change its day and time.
  • ImprovedScheduling a session now works the same way everywhere, and clicking the schedule still means what it looks like it means. Click an empty spot and you get that exact day and time ready to book — once, or repeating from it. If you'd rather be offered times, one link asks for options that fit your availability and travel time, the same way a patient's profile does.
  • ImprovedThe weekly schedule is easier to read — the lines separating days and hours are now clearly visible instead of nearly invisible.
  • ImprovedSession times now read as 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM across the schedule and the dashboard, instead of the 24-hour clock.

A new public home page

  • NewThe public home page has been rebuilt. Visitors can now hover any part of the product to see what it actually looks like inside, watch the assistant answer a real question live, and price the exact set of tools they want before signing up.
  • ImprovedThe picture of how everything connects now moves: you can watch each thing you record travel up into the patient's record, and each piece of AI work travel back out of it. Hovering any one of them still shows exactly what it drew on.

Tidy up your disorder files

  • NewYou can now reorganize a disorder's files and folders instead of being stuck with where things first landed. Drag any file or folder onto another folder to move it, or use "Move to…" to pick the destination from a list — including moving something back out to the top level. Whole folders move with everything inside them.
  • ImprovedMoving works both from the Disorders page — in the Files & Folders tab of the disorder you selected — and inside the full file editor.
  • FixedWhen you start tracking a voice measure and we offer to add the sample goal to sessions you already planned, the confirm button now reads "Add to plans" instead of a red "Delete". Nothing was ever deleted — the button was simply mislabelled.

See exactly what the AI is working from

  • NewYour schedule now refuses to double-book you. Two sessions can no longer start at the same time, or within half an hour of each other, on the same day — whether you book them by hand, let the scheduler fill your week, add a weekly slot, plan a session, or ask the assistant to book one. If a time is too close to something already there, you're told which patient holds it and at what time, so you can pick another. Suggested free times and the auto-scheduler already keep the half-hour clear, and weekly repeating slots are counted too.
  • FixedDeleting a patient now clears their planned sessions off your schedule too. Their upcoming appointments, weekly slots and planned sessions used to linger in the weekly view and keep blocking those times; they now go to Trash with the patient and come back together if you restore them. Before you confirm, the dialog counts exactly what is coming off the schedule.
  • FixedScheduling a repeating message now asks for the right thing. A weekly broadcast asks which day of the week, a monthly one asks which day of the month — "the 1st of every month" — and a daily one just asks for a time. Every option used to ask for a single calendar date, which made a recurring schedule hard to read. The panel also shows when the first message will go out, and a monthly send set for the 31st comes back to the 31st in the months that have one instead of settling on an earlier day.
  • NewTrash now catches almost everything you delete, not just patients, appointments, documents and tasks. Screenings, assessments, research notes, progress summaries and reports are recoverable instead of gone forever, and so are patient goals, weekly slots, library notes and files, published posts, and finance accounts. Trash is organised into tabs by kind — deleting a library folder puts the folder back with everything inside it, in one click.
  • FixedDeleting a session can now be undone. Deleted sessions land in Trash like patients and appointments already did, so you can put one back — with its plan, notes and payment intact — instead of losing it for good. Until now a deleted session was gone the moment you confirmed.
  • NewCourses now connect to your career goals. When you add a course you pick which goal it serves, each course card shows that goal, and every goal lists the courses working toward it with a "2 of 4 done" count — so your learning board reads as a plan instead of a pile of courses.
  • NewA "Your professional growth" card on the Dashboard shows how your practice is developing across six areas — how many patients you're seeing, how varied your cases are, courses you've completed and how varied those are, videos you've filed, and the notes and library you've built. Each has a target you can see, the one with the most room to grow is highlighted, and a line underneath tells you what you've actually done in the last 90 days.
  • ImprovedExplore courses now shows real, named courses you can open and enrol in — not a provider's search page — and the grid reshuffles each time you open it, so you keep seeing different options instead of the same few.
  • ImprovedEach area of your growth card now explains itself: hover any bar to see exactly what it counts, what would move it, and where you stand against its target.
  • ImprovedThe videos feed and your daily tip now survive an outage: if YouTube or the AI service can't be reached, you'll see the last saved videos (marked with how old they are) and your most recent tip, instead of an empty panel.
  • NewEvery AI output now shows a "Based on" row telling you exactly what it drew on — the patient's profile, assessments, speech samples, session notes, your clinical library, documents, or the web. You'll see it on plan suggestions, recommendations, progress summaries, and the assistant's replies, and it always reflects that exact generation, never a generic list.
  • NewA "What the AI knows" card on each patient's AI tab maps every data source connected to that patient — what's in place, how much of it, how fresh it is, and what's still missing — with a hint on what adding each one would unlock.
  • FixedWhen an AI generation fails, you now see a plain explanation of what went wrong and what to do — try again later, or, if your monthly AI allowance is used up, that it resets at the start of next month — instead of technical error text, and the progress animation stops right away.

Explore courses and channels, tuned to the disorders you follow

  • NewThe Courses tab now opens with an "Explore courses" grid — real, named courses picked for you from our vetted providers' websites, chosen for the disorders you follow. Add one to your board with a click, or dismiss it and it will never be suggested again — and courses you've already taken stay marked as such.
  • NewThe YouTube Monitor's Channels tab now shows your subscribed channels first with an "Explore channels" grid of trusted channels for the disorders you follow beneath them — click a card to open the channel on YouTube, subscribe or unsubscribe with one click, or shuffle for a fresh set.
  • NewA new Videos tab — now the first thing you see in the YouTube Monitor — shows the latest uploads across your channels, subscribed and suggested, newest first; click any video to watch it on YouTube. You can also paste any YouTube link there, with an optional question, and get an AI summary delivered to the Summaries tab (the renamed Suggestions tab).
  • ImprovedThe YouTube Monitor is simpler: the Queue, Blocked and Keywords tabs are gone. Following channels is what shapes your feed now — summaries keep flowing into Summaries on their own, and the setup wizard no longer asks for search keywords.
  • NewThe setup wizard now asks which disorders you're interested in — even ones you have no patients for yet — and a new patient with a disorder outside that list adds it automatically.

Your content history, clinic hours, and better suggestions

  • ImprovedThe "Write progress notes" task now clears itself as soon as the session says anything — written notes, a session rating, or even a single evaluated goal all count as documentation.
  • Improved"Prep next session" tasks complete themselves too, the moment that session has at least one planned goal — the goal is the preparation.
  • NewAI progress summaries have a "Mark as reviewed" button — one click confirms you've read it and checks the review task off your to-do list.
  • NewEvery disorder now keeps a "Clinical-Experience.md" file, marked with an AI badge in your Disorders files so you always know it writes itself. When you finalize a patient's therapy, the whole case is written up — what worked, what didn't, tips for the next patient like this one, and what to watch for — and filed under each disorder you treated. At the top of the file sits a short "Key takeaways" that is rewritten with every new case, so you can read what a disorder has taught you so far without scrolling through every case. The cases themselves are never rewritten, and nothing you write below them is ever touched. Entries read by initials rather than by name, since you read them across your whole caseload — hover the heading to see which patient it was, or click it to open them. Your AI assistant reads from these files, so your own experience with a disorder starts feeding back into its suggestions.
  • FixedNew accounts started with an empty disorders list, so the disorder you picked for a patient wasn't actually one of your own disorders — it just looked like it. Anything that works per-disorder (your Disorders library, and now the clinical-experience files) couldn't match those patients. Every account now starts with the full disorder list, and accounts that were missing it get it back on their next visit to Disorders.
  • ImprovedThe side panel on a patient's page has lost its "Goals" tab. Goals belong to the Intervention Plan stage, where they carry short-term goals, disorder tags and AI reasoning — a second, separate goal list beside it only invited you to keep the same targets in two places.
  • ImprovedLinks inside your Disorders notes are now clickable — clicking a reference opens it in a new tab instead of doing nothing.
  • NewThe voice measurements from your recordings now reach every AI feature. Once a speech sample is analysed, its numbers — pitch, loudness, jitter, shimmer, HNR, formants — are read by the report builder, the intervention and therapy plan suggestions, the progress summary and the assistant, so they write from your objective measurements and not only from your notes. The audio itself is never sent to the AI, and jitter, shimmer and HNR are only ever quoted for sustained-vowel tasks, where they are valid.
  • NewAI-suggested plans now explain themselves. Every suggested goal — long-term, short-term, or a goal inside a generated session — carries a small question mark you can hover to read why the AI put it there and which finding it came from, so you can judge each one instead of accepting the list. Above the plan, "How the AI reasoned" summarises how it got there, and expands into the full step-by-step flow including the sources it consulted. It stays with the plan, so you can revisit it weeks later.
  • NewSessions are now edited entirely on the page — no more pop-up forms, and no Save button either: everything saves itself as you type. Open a session and everything is right there: a goals table (one row per goal, with accuracy %, the cues you used — visual, verbal, gestural, tactile, model, or your own — and a note), activities, materials, fee and payment next to the duration. The one button left is "Complete session", available once you've either rated the session (Good / Steady / Difficult) or given at least one goal an accuracy — and if you rated the session without touching individual goals, that rating is filled in for each goal, still editable afterwards. "New Session Plan" creates the session immediately and opens it for filling in, and the date and time are changed by clicking them on the session itself — with your booked appointments offered as one-click choices.
  • NewThe patient side panel's Progress tab is now Metrics, and it fills itself. Track a measure right where you meet it: a goal in the intervention plan (one click tracks it), a speech-sample analysis (pick which measures to follow — MPT, F0, jitter… — and how often to sample: every session, every 2, or weekly), or by hand. From then on, goal accuracies from completed sessions and every new sample analysis chart automatically — and when a sample is due, your next session plan opens with "Record a speech sample" already among its goals — recording one ticks that goal off by itself, and you're offered the choice to add it to sessions you'd already planned.
  • NewEach session now has a "For the next session" note — what to pick up, adjust or avoid next time. It comes back to you at the top of the next session plan, so the thought you had right after the session is there when you act on it.
  • ImprovedHomework is now a button on the session itself, beside Complete, instead of being tucked inside the session form.
  • NewWriting up a session no longer has to wait for a free evening. The Complete button on a session now just asks how it went — Good, Steady or Difficult — and one click closes it. The full goal-by-goal form is still one click further in whenever the session deserves it, and it now starts with the same question.
  • NewOur public homepage is now available in Arabic — one button in the top bar switches the whole page, laid out right-to-left. Share it with Arabic-speaking colleagues and they'll see it in their own language.
  • NewContent Studio now remembers what your page has already published. Paste in your posts once, and it works out the topics you've covered, the way you write, and the gaps worth filling — then never suggests a topic twice.
  • NewEvery clinic can now have its own opening hours. Appointments at that clinic are only scheduled while it's open, so a clinic that closes at 5 no longer gets a 6pm booking.
  • NewCourses are now suggested from our vetted library first. When we search the web instead, a course only appears if it carries CE credit, comes from a university or professional association, or has real enrolment behind it.
  • ImprovedSuggested YouTube channels now come from a curated list and are checked for recent uploads — a channel that stopped posting a year ago is no longer offered.
  • NewYou can now edit the letterhead and footer on your reports — your name, credentials, clinic, address, contact line, an extra line for a licence number, and your own logo. Set it once and every report you export uses it.
  • ImprovedPreview now shows the letterhead, signature and footer, so what you see is what prints. Hover the letterhead to edit it.
  • ImprovedReports now always state your profession next to your name — in the letterhead, the footer and the signature line — even if you haven't filled in a title or certification.
  • Fixed"Get ideas" in the AI content assistant failed every time. It now works, and respects the content language you picked.
  • FixedBilingual Instagram stories came back in one language only.
  • FixedWhen the server can't be reached, the app now says so instead of showing a bare "Request failed".
  • Improved"Knowledge Base" is now called your Clinical Library — the same notes, PDFs and reference links, under a name that reads like the clinic instead of the server room. Nothing moved, and the AI still cites it the same way.

Goals lead Content Studio

  • NewYour goals now sit across the top of Content Studio as progress cards — how many posts are published, how many are left, and how long until the target date.
  • NewCreating content now starts with "What is this for?" — pick the goal it belongs to, start a new one on the spot, or mark it a one-off.
  • NewOpen a goal and you'll see its posts laid out as a schedule — numbered in date order, published ones ticked off, and the next one up flagged, so you can tell at a glance where a campaign stands.
  • FixedGoal progress was stuck at 0 — publishing a post on the board never counted toward its goal. It now counts everything you've published, and archived or deleted posts no longer inflate the total.
  • FixedEditing a goal no longer erases its description.
  • ImprovedAsk the assistant for a campaign and it files each post under the right goal, so it shows up in that goal's progress straight away.

Assistant-made content, done properly

  • NewDismiss a patient from Needs Attention on the dashboard — hover the card and hit ×. They come back on their own if a new signal appears, and there is an Undo if you change your mind.
  • FixedAsk the assistant for carousels, reels or stories and it now sets the format and type on each task instead of writing "(Carousel)" into the title — so they land as Social media with the Draft with AI button ready, not as Other.
  • FixedContent Studio now updates by itself when the assistant adds tasks — no more refreshing the page to see them.
  • ImprovedWhen the assistant creates tasks it takes you to them and flashes each one, so you can see exactly what it built.
  • NewStories join carousels and reels — pick a single story or a sequence, choose a poll, quiz, question box, quick tip or myth-vs-fact, and the AI drafts every frame with its sticker.
  • ImprovedAudience and angle are now pick-lists with a plain-English line explaining each one, and you can still write your own.
  • ImprovedTopic suggestions are kept — the one you picked is marked as chosen, asking for more adds to the list instead of replacing it, and they're still there when you reopen the task.
  • ImprovedCarousels can now be as short as 1, 2 or 3 slides, for when one strong slide says it all.
